As geriatric Care Managers for the aged and those with disabilities, we act as liaisons for families giving them peace of mind that your loved one is safe and their needs are being met.

Today the field of caring for the aged for your family has become complicated because of so many choices and alternatives. Who has time to scout out which are legitimate, legal, or even helpful.

We know you time is valuable and you are not an expert in these matters.

And yet, we realize that you want what is best for yourself and your family. You want to get what you and your family need as easily as possible. And you don’t want to be unduly burdensome on anyone in the process to get this all arranged for you.

We do exactly that for our clients!

Our Care Managers are knowledgeable in the many services available to seniors as well as the professionals who provide those services. Our Care Manager is there to advocate for your needs and desires, provide support and make referrals to specialists who work with seniors as the need arises. We provide you with education and advocacy to you, your elder and their caregivers.
